Welcome Home Mortgage LLC is owned and operated by, Paula Mercier, Bob Hoffmann and Jim Donnelly who have over 74 years of combined mortgage experience. All three of these owners are very hands on and committed to superior customer service, originating as well as managing the company. They live locally and are active within their respective communities.

 

Welcome Home Mortgage’s goal is to provide excellent customer service with the most competitive market rates. We strive to find the right loan program for each and everyone one of our borrower’s. We take into account not only their current situation but also look into their future needs. We do our best to keep our borrower’s and all parties involved in each transaction informed. As a result of our excellent customer service we rely almost exclusively on referrals from our loyal client base.

 

Welcome Home Mortgage offers a full range of mortgage products for everyone from the first time home buyer to the retiree looking for a reverse mortgage. We also offer loans for investors, construction loans and loans to fix up your home. We are currently licensed in Connecticut and Massachusetts.

 

Welcome Home Mortgage currently has 10 loan originators, a full time loan processor/receptionist and an IT/marketing person. We do have 2 Spanish speaking originators and someone who is fluent in sign language. All of these individuals have many years of experience and are committed to providing superior customer service.
