Paula Mercier, partner and mortgage advisor for Welcome Home Mortgage, LLC, works hard to make the sometimes overwhelming prospect of procuring a mortgage a reality. She has made it her business to make her clients’ dreams and aspirations come true. Because she is not a lender, Paula has the ability to “shop” the market for the best possible programs and rates for each and every client.
Paula started Welcome Home Mortgage in 2003 after seven years with other financial companies. She aims to deliver a more personal approach to the borrowing process by developing long-standing relationships with her customers.
In addition to starting her own business, Paula is a devoted mother of three, and an active volunteer for Susan G. Kome for the Cure, a breast cancer awareness foundation.
Paula offers a wide range of programs and services – for the first-time homebuyer, the downsizing reverse mortgage candidate, and everyone in between.
